These Operating Procedures define the organization, governance, and operating rules for the Internet Safety Labs Panels. They are used by Panel Chairs, Panel Project Managers, Technical Editors, Participants, Panel Oversight Committee, Board of Directors, and Internet Safety Labs Panels Staff to provide governance for participation and ensure the successful development of software safety standards.
